What lease terms are available?
We offer lease terms from 7 to 15 months, with the best pricing for 12-month or longer leases.

What utilities do residents need to set up?
Residents are required to set up electric service before their move-in date. Water billing will be automatically arranged to allow residents to conveniently include their water bill with the next full month's rent. Internet services can be set up on the day of move-in.

Is renters’ insurance required?
While residents are not required to provide renter's insurance, please note that if policy information is not submitted prior to move-in, an additional mitigated risk fee will be added to the rent summary charges.

How do I apply to Integra Park at Oakleaf?
To apply, simply click the 'LEASE NOW' button located in the top right corner of our website, which will direct you to our online application portal. After selecting your desired move-in date, floor plan, and apartment number, you can complete your application for review. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your income documents and provide your rental history contacts.

What is the deposit and are there any other fees?
An application fee, administration fee, and holding fee are required at the time of application. Additional move-in fees may apply. PetScreening.com accounts are also required for all residents.

Do you accept housing or Section 8 vouchers?
Integra Park at Oakleaf welcomes all income sources that meet the requirement of 2.75 times the rent amount.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through our online portal, by personal check, or cashier’s check.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period extending through the 3rd. Please note that starting on the 4th of the month, including holidays, a late charge may be applied.

Can residents sublet apartments?

At Integra Park at Oakleaf, subletting is not permitted. Guests staying over 14 days must apply for residency.
