I am so happy that I moved here, I really enjoy staying here and hate the day I have to move. And if I could pack this place up and take it with me along with the amazing staff I would. It truly is a beautiful property and Brianna and her staff are so welcoming and kind from the time they meant you. I have worked with GiGi and I must say she made me feel like home the moment she gave me a tour. Maintenance is very fast if it's ever needed. The office really does go above and beyond for every resident. Thank you!

We recently moved to Integra from out of state and fell in love with the 2 bedroom, Jubette at the front office is AMAZING! She answered all of our questions we had and welcomed us in. They are not hard to get ahold of if you have any questions or concerns. If you are new to the area you will fall in love with Integra! They have a great staff and apartments.

This property is a dream come true for me and my family. This property has every amenity we could ever think of! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Events are well planned and exciting. The entire leasing team is pleasant and extremely helpful in every way. I am so thankful that my husband and I chose Integra Park@ Oakleaf as our new home! Brianne, Gigi, Jubette and Alexis are phenomenal assets for the property and have done everything possible to make our move-in and our stay extremely pleasant. I moved to this area a couple of weeks ago. Had a few issues with the Pet Screening, but this had nothing to do with the apartments. The office staff were amazing. The layout of the apartment was perfect and they even found a garage right outside my door. There is so much to do here and they bring food trucks in ever so often, so if you are tired after work and don’t feel like cooking…they have you covered. I have moved around a lot being in the military and by far this is one of the greatest apartments I have ever lived in.

If you are in search of a home in Jacksonville, I highly recommend this place. The amenities are marvelous and the apartment homes are a nice size. The closet space is good, bathrooms are spacious, washer & dryer in each unit, with modern appliances and countertops in the kitchen. All the buildings have elevators and amazing views. The buildings have open-air corridors. That's a plus because residents are not forced to contend with stuffy, hot, and smelly halls. They offer garages and storage spaces. In my opinion, there is a lot for your dollar here. Rent is expensive everywhere, people may as well have great amenities with their apartment home, too.
